Halfcut Lab Uploader

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 18, 2026

The project and tool

Halfcut Lab makes short visual explanations of everyday machines and systems. Halfcut Lab Uploader is its desktop tool for transferring finished videos to TikTok as drafts and reading account and public video statistics.

The uploader is currently used for Halfcut Lab’s own channel and configured TikTok sandbox target accounts. It is not offered as a public account-management service. This website does not create TikTok accounts or collect TikTok login credentials.

Authorized use

Use the uploader only with an account you own or are authorized to operate, and only with videos and other material you have the right to use. Keep client credentials and access tokens private. Do not use the tool to bypass TikTok’s account restrictions, API limits or platform rules.

You are responsible for the content you choose to transfer and for complying with TikTok’s applicable terms and community rules. TikTok may limit or withdraw access to its APIs independently of Halfcut Lab.

Drafts and publication

An upload transfers a file to the account’s TikTok inbox as a draft. You must review and publish it in TikTok. The uploader does not request direct-publishing permission and does not schedule posts.

Uploading or logging out does not delete content already held by TikTok. Manage drafts and published posts using TikTok’s own controls.

Availability and changes

The tool depends on TikTok’s services and developer approvals. Features, limits and availability may change. It is provided without a service-level commitment or guaranteed support response time.

Halfcut Lab may update or discontinue the tool. Keep your original video files and any information you need independently of the uploader.

Privacy and stopping use

The Privacy Policy explains the requested permissions, local storage, sharing and deletion. You can stop using the uploader, revoke its token with tt auth logout and remove its local configuration files.

Channel content

Halfcut Lab’s videos use simplified visual models to explain mechanisms. Watching a video does not grant permission to copy or redistribute its artwork, narration or branding.
